Commission-Based Facade Sales BDMs

I’ve just set up Metalumion in New Delhi to supply and install aluminium and WPC cladding / decking systems, custom MS / SS fabrication, and full glass glazing & partition packages. Our typical buyers are architects, project management consultants and builders who deliver residential, commercial and industrial projects, and I want to give them a reliable, design-driven façade partner.

To scale quickly I’m onboarding a small, commission-only business-development team. You’ll earn 3–5 % on the net value we invoice, paid the moment the client settles.

Your focus
• Generating qualified leads with architects, PMCs and builders
• Building strong, solution-oriented relationships that keep Metalumion top-of-mind
• Closing deals for cladding, glazing or fabrication scopes across residential, commercial and industrial jobs

What I’ll put on your side
– Product samples, catalogues, spec sheets and rate cards
– Engineering support for drawings, take-offs and BOQs
– Site and factory visits to reassure clients of quality and capacity
– Fast turn-round on quotes so you’re never held up

Success metrics
1. A weekly pipeline update listing prospect, scope, and probability
2. At least one converted order every month after your first 45 days
3. Smooth hand-off to our execution team once the PO is in hand
