Commission-Based Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an active and results-driven **Client Acquisition / Lead Generation / Sales Specialist** who can consistently bring us new clients and software development projects.

### Your Role

You will be responsible for finding potential clients, contacting them, presenting our services, following up, and helping convert them into paying customers.

You may use:

* LinkedIn outreach
* Cold email
* Instagram / Facebook
* Freelance platforms
* Direct messaging
* Business directories
* Your own network
* Any other legal and professional lead-generation method

### Payment

This is a **commission-based position only**.

* **30% commission from every successfully paid project you bring**
* Commission can increase to **35–40% for strong and consistent performance**
* No fixed monthly salary or upfront payment
* You are paid when the client successfully pays for the project
* Long-term cooperation is available for reliable performers

For example, if you bring a $1,000 project, your commission starts from **$300**.

### Who We Need

We are looking for someone who:

* Is active and can work consistently
* Has experience in lead generation, sales, SMM, outreach, or client acquisition
* Can communicate professionally with international clients
* Understands software/IT services or is willing to learn
* Focuses on real paying clients, not just random leads
* Can follow up with prospects until a decision is made
