I run a customer-service BPO agency that designs flexible, customer-based solutions for fast-moving startups. To keep up with demand, I’m ready to bring on an independent B2B sales representative who can own the full cycle—from prospecting to signature—on a pure-commission arrangement with no ceiling on earnings.
Here’s what I’m looking for: you’re comfortable identifying and reaching founders, heads of operations, or CX leaders at early-stage companies, qualifying their pain points, and positioning our outsourced support packages as the clear fix. You can build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close multiple small-to-mid-ticket deals each month without constant hand-holding. CRM discipline, polished written follow-ups, and solid call etiquette are must-haves.
Key tools you’ll likely lean on: LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, your preferred cold-email platform, Zoom or Meet for calls, and any modern CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) to keep me in the loop.
Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
• Fresh list of qualified startup leads with contact details
• Brief discovery notes for each engaged prospect
• Pipeline status inside our shared CRM
• Signed service agreements and projected MRR per deal
Acceptance criteria: at least 10 qualified discovery calls booked in your first four weeks and one closed contract by week six. Commissions are paid immediately after the client’s first invoice clears, and they scale with contract value—no cap.
If you thrive on hunting, closing, and earning what you’re worth, let’s talk.
