Smartphone Video Recording Task (Commercial & Business Workplaces Only) – $5/Hour

Job Description:

We are seeking freelance data collectors worldwide to record short, egocentric (first-person) videos using the Claru Mobile App. The objective of this project is to evaluate workplace environments through video.
Pay Rate: $5.00 / hour

Strict Recording Requirements:

• Commercial Settings Only: All videos must be recorded in a genuine commercial or professional setting. Examples include shops, offices, restaurants, salons, barbershops, workshops, warehouses, or any professional service workplace.
• Residential Restriction: Videos recorded in homes, apartments, or other residential environments will be strictly rejected, even if the tasks are done correctly.
• The 10-Second Rule: For every single recording, you must show the surrounding environment for at least 10 seconds first to verify it is a business setting. Once the environment is confirmed, you can begin the main task.

Supported Devices:

Your smartphone must be on the approved list to participate in this project. Supported models include:
• iOS: iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and iPhone Duo.
• Android (Samsung): Galaxy S21, S22, S23, S24, S25, and S26.
• Android (Google): Pixel 6, 7, 7a, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
