Commercial TPO Roof Installation Needed

I need a new TPO membrane installed on a commercial roof that measures under 10,000 sq ft. The project is strictly an installation—no ongoing maintenance or repairs—so the scope begins with a clean tear-off of the existing system and ends once the new TPO is heat-welded, fully flashed, and watertight.

The building is an active business, so safety staging, debris control, and minimal disruption to daily operations are critical. You’ll be free to choose your preferred fastening method (mechanically attached, RhinoBond, etc.) as long as it meets local code and the manufacturer’s warranty requirements. I expect proper insulation (polyiso), heat-welded seams, parapet terminations, and edge metal to be included, along with a final inspection and warranty paperwork.

Deliverables:
• Material take-off confirmation and project timeline
• Full TPO installation with insulation, flashings, and edge metal
• Daily site cleanup and end-of-job debris haul-off
• Final walkthrough, leak test, and manufacturer/installer warranty documents
