Commercial Split AC Installation

This project covers the complete installation of a split-system air conditioning setup in a commercial property. I already know the capacity range I will need, but I want a professional load calculation to confirm the final tonnage, recommend the most efficient indoor/outdoor units, and map the best routing for refrigerant lines and electrical runs to keep the space visually clean.

Scope of work
• Perform site visit, heat-load calculation, and equipment sizing
• Supply or specify the split AC units, mounting hardware, drain lines, and all accessories
• Install, pressure-test, evacuate, and charge the system to manufacturer specs
• Integrate electrical connections, controls, and any required condensate pumps
• Commission the system, verify performance (superheat/subcool readings), and hand over a brief maintenance guide

Please be prepared to follow local mechanical and electrical codes, coordinate any lift or permit requirements with building management, and provide a workmanship warranty. I will share architectural drawings, access schedules, and any other details you need once we start.
