I need a complete, code-compliant fire-sprinkler layout for a commercial building that is dedicated to retail stores. The scope covers every sales floor, back-of-house corridor and stockroom so shoppers, staff and inventory are fully protected.
Please base the design on current NFPA standards and any local amendments. I will supply floor plans in DWG and PDF the moment we start; you return a coordinated sprinkler drawing (AutoCAD or Revit is fine), hydraulic calculations, a pipe and head schedule, and a concise material take-off ready for the estimator. All mains, branch lines, hangers and valves must be shown clearly, with zones and hazard classifications called out so the authority having jurisdiction can review without delay.
I’ll review for clear coverage, correct density, balanced flow, and clean layer management. Once those items check out, the project is complete and you can invoice right away.
