This assignment covers a single commercial site and combines drone, ground-level, and interior photography to give us a full visual record of the property.
Drone work
Circle the buildings once at each of three altitudes—approximately 50 ft, 200 ft, and 400 ft—stopping every 45 degrees so we end up with eight clear views per level (24 images total). The horizon and a generous slice of sky must stay visible in every frame; we want to see well beyond the parcel lines.
Ground-level coverage
Walk the perimeter and capture the buildings themselves, with special attention to all entrances. Keep verticals straight; no keystone or fisheye distortion.
Interior coverage
Photograph any space the onsite manager approves, particularly the equipment rooms we’ll point out on the day. A wide-angle lens is fine, but please avoid curvature or warping.
Deliverables
• High-resolution JPGs (and RAWs if you shoot them) for all drone, exterior, and interior images
• Simple file naming that indicates altitude or location (e.g., “50ft_NE.jpg”)
• Same-day online transfer or download link
