Commercial Property Leasing Agent – Moga, Punjab, India

We are the owner of a commercial property in Moga, Punjab and are looking for an experienced commercial real-estate leasing agent / broker / lead-generation professional to help us find a suitable corporate tenant.

This is a success-based assignment. We are not looking for someone simply to post property listings. The objective is to identify, approach and convert genuine corporate tenants.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be expected to:

-Promote the property across relevant commercial real-estate portals, LinkedIn, Facebook/property groups and other suitable channels.
-Identify companies that may be looking for commercial space in Moga and nearby areas.
-Target corporate occupiers such as banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, healthcare/diagnostic companies, telecom companies, retail chains, QSRs, offices, logistics companies, automobile companies and other established businesses.
-Identify relevant decision-makers such as Expansion, Administration, Facilities, Real Estate, Procurement or Branch Development personnel.
-Contact prospective tenants through email, LinkedIn, phone/WhatsApp and other legitimate channels.
-Approach local and regional commercial-property brokers who may have tenant requirements.
-Generate and maintain a database of potential tenants and their requirements.
-Qualify leads and coordinate introductions/site visits with us.
-Assist with commercial discussions and follow-up until the deal is concluded.

This is a success-fee-only assignment.

There is no monthly salary, fixed retainer or payment simply for posting listings.

For a successful lease resulting from your introduction/efforts, we will pay brokerage equivalent to:

15 days' to 1 Month rent payable on successful execution of the lease and receipt of the agreed initial payment/security deposit from the tenant.

The exact brokerage terms will be agreed with the selected freelancer before commencement.

We are open to working with multiple agents/freelancers, and the brokerage will be paid to the party whose introduction and efforts result in the final tenant.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

-Experience in commercial real-estate leasing or tenant acquisition
-Existing corporate/business contacts
-Experience with B2B lead generation and cold outreach
-Knowledge of the Punjab / North India commercial property market
-Ability to identify genuine corporate leasing requirements rather than generating generic enquiries
-Strong communication and follow-up skills
-Previous experience closing commercial property deals is highly preferred

We are looking for someone who can actively find a tenant, not just upload advertisements.
