Commercial Property Aerial Photography

I’m arranging a one-session shoot of a commercial real estate site and need a photographer–drone operator who can cover both ground and air perspectives in the same afternoon.

Ground coverage should capture crisp, high-resolution stills of the building exterior, the full parking lot, and the immediate surrounding area so potential tenants can judge access and curb appeal.

From the air, please fly a drone to deliver:
• An overhead, straight-down view that frames the entire parcel
• Several elevated side angles that sweep the façades and clearly show roof condition and building height

Ideal timing is early-to-mid afternoon when shadows are soft yet the site is still well lit. I’ll coordinate site access and can meet you there to point out key angles.

Send the finished package as lightly edited JPEGs (full-res and web-ready) plus 4K MP4 clips; no watermarking required. If you already grade or color-correct your drone footage, that’s a plus, but raw files are welcome in addition.
