We have recently taken a new office space and are looking for an experienced **Commercial Office Interior Designer** to design the complete office interior.

We already have:

We need someone who can understand the existing space and create a **practical, modern and professional office interior design** around it.

## Scope of Work

The designer should provide:

* Complete office space planning
* Reception area design
* Workstation/seating layout
* Founder/Director cabin
* Meeting room
* Employee seating arrangement
* Storage requirements
* Pantry area
* Electrical point planning
* Lighting placement
* AC placement suggestions
* Ceiling design
* Partition design
* Wall/branding area design
* Furniture placement
* Material suggestions
* Color/theme recommendations
* Space optimization
* 3D realistic interior views/renders
* Final furniture and layout drawings

The design should look **professional, premium, practical and realistic**, while keeping the construction and furniture cost under control.

We are not looking for just a basic floor plan. We need someone who can take the existing layout and turn it into a **complete office interior concept that can actually be executed on-site**.
