I’m opening a full-scale commercial gym that caters to both strength and cardio enthusiasts, so the floor plan has to flow smoothly between zones while maximizing the square footage I have available. The space must clearly separate—yet visually connect—the cardio area, the weight-lifting section and a versatile functional-training zone, all while keeping traffic patterns intuitive and safe.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A professional layout that shows exactly where each piece of equipment will live, taking into account clearances, sight-lines and member circulation.
• Recommendations on equipment counts and models that balance mixed-training demand without overcrowding any zone.
• Scaled drawings (PDF or DWG) plus a simple 3-D or rendered view so I can picture the finished floor.
• A brief rationale explaining why the layout supports member flow, staff supervision and future scalability.
