Commercial Fire Protection Design

I need a complete fire-fighting design and cost estimate for a new commercial facility that combines office floors, warehousing/storage zones and public common areas. The scope covers three integrated systems—automatic sprinklers, a fully addressable fire-alarm network and strategically placed portable extinguishers—each laid out to satisfy current NFPA standards and the local code authority.

You will take my architectural drawings (PDF/DWG) and deliver:

• Coordinated layout drawings for sprinklers, alarm devices, and extinguisher locations
• Hydraulic calculations and alarm load calculations
• Equipment schedules with model numbers and data sheets
• Bill of quantities with a clear cost breakdown per system and area
• A summary report explaining design criteria, code references and any assumptions

All files should be issued in both editable CAD and print-ready PDF formats. Please highlight any value-engineering opportunities you spot so I can review alternatives before we lock the BOM.
