I’m upgrading five separate commercial sites to support more than five Level 2 electric vehicle chargers in each car park and need clear, professional concept plans to move the projects forward.
What I’m after
• A site-specific concept drawing package for each property showing proposed charger locations, conduit routes, panel connections and a clean single-line schematic.
• Basic load calculations and any transformer or switchboard upgrades that the concept requires.
• A brief narrative per site explaining assumptions, code references and next-step recommendations so my facilities team can present the plan to local utilities and obtain detailed quotes.
File format
PDF for easy sharing plus the editable source (AutoCAD or Revit—whichever you’re most comfortable with).
Acceptance
Drawings must be legible at A3, reflect standard electrical symbols, and align with NEC/IEC guidelines for Level 2 commercial installations. I’ll review one property first; once that layout is approved, you can roll the logic into the remaining four.
Work needs to be completed by 3rd September, firm deadline. Thank you.
