Commercial Construction Estimator Needed - Dallas

Job Title: Construction Estimator & Bid Coordinator – Remote

I’m looking for an experienced freelance estimator to help me find and bid on commercial construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.

The main trades are:

* Stucco & EIFS
* Stone Veneer
* Interior & Exterior Painting

Responsibilities:

* Find suitable commercial projects through PlanHub or similar platforms.
* Review construction drawings and specifications.
* Perform quantity takeoffs.
* Prepare labor-only estimates and proposals.
* Contact general contractors and follow up on bids.
* Keep a simple record of projects, proposals, and responses.

Requirements:

* Experience with U.S. commercial construction estimating.
* Ability to access PlanHub or similar bidding platforms.
* Good written English.
* Ability to work independently.

Initial Trial:

* One-week trial, approximately 30 hours.
* Fixed budget: $150.
* Possibility of continued work if things go well.
