Identify the right decision-maker, such as the Facility Manager, Office Manager, Practice Manager, Centre Manager or Property Manager.
Contact potential clients through phone calls, LinkedIn, email or other professional methods.
Introduce our services and identify businesses interested in receiving a cleaning or property maintenance quotation.
Arrange qualified appointments, meetings or site inspections with interested businesses.
Provide accurate lead information, including company name, contact person, position, phone number, email and business address.
Keep clear records of all leads and communication.
Focus on generating genuine, qualified business opportunities, not just a list of random contacts.
Payment will be based on an agreed commission for successful leads that become paying clients.
Commission will be paid once the new client is confirmed and payment conditions are met.
Previous experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting or sales is preferred.
Experience working with commercial cleaning, facilities management or property services will be an advantage.
