Commercial Cleaning Lead Generation Calls

I need a confident, articulate cold-caller to reach out to local commercial facilities—office buildings, medical suites, retail spaces and similar—to uncover decision-makers who are open to discussing a new cleaning service.

Your single focus is to generate qualified leads for my company’s sales team. On each call I expect you to:

• Capture the decision-maker’s full contact details and the approximate size of the company or facility.
• Find out who currently handles their cleaning and, if possible, when their contract ends.
• Identify any pain points, special cleaning requirements, or budget ranges they are willing to share.

Once gathered, log every conversation in a shared Google Sheet or CRM with clear, well-formatted notes so I can follow up immediately.
