Commercial Building CAD Plan Updates

The schematic set for my mid-rise commercial building is already drafted, but only in PDF. I now need the drawings brought into CAD, cleaned up, and revised.

Here is what must change:
• Layout modification—several internal walls shift to improve circulation.
• Adding new rooms/features—the lobby will gain a coffee kiosk and two small meeting pods.
• Updating existing details/measurements—column grids, door schedules, and ceiling heights need to match the latest site survey.

Please trace or import the PDFs into AutoCAD (or compatible software), carry out the edits above with proper layers and line-weights, then return both the native DWG files and a publish-ready PDF set. All dimensions must close accurately, and the title blocks should keep my current project information intact.

I’ll supply the full PDF package and survey notes as soon as we start; you simply send back the updated drawings and a short change log so I can review and sign off.
