Commercial Building BoQ & Estimate

I have complete CAD drawings for a new commercial development and now need a fully itemized, detailed Bill of Quantities together with an accompanying cost estimate. Your work should extract every measurable element from the plans, quantify it accurately, and assign realistic market rates so I can take the package straight to tender.

Scope
– Structural work: foundations, framing, slabs, finishes—everything shown on the structural sheets.
– Plumbing and sanitation: all pipework, fixtures, vents, manholes and associated accessories exactly as indicated in the MEP layouts.

Deliverables
1. Spreadsheet-based BoQ, grouped by trade with item codes, unit descriptions, quantities, unit rates and line totals.
2. Summary cost schedule highlighting provisional sums, contingencies and any exclusions.
3. Brief methodology note explaining how quantities were derived from the CAD files.

Please use industry-standard measurement rules (SMM7, POMI or similar) and state which one you follow. I will supply the DWG/PDF set immediately after award and am available to clarify drawings in real time. Accuracy, clear formatting and traceable calculations are crucial, as the document will form the contractual basis for competitive bidding.
