Commercial Building BoQ & Estimate -- 2

I have shared the old BOQ and CAD drawings with you.
I do not need a Cost Estimate. I need a BOQ + Quantity Take-Off + BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
The quantities in the old BOQ do not need to be changed or edited. They are provided only as a sample/reference.
Please use the old BOQ as a standard/template (“Bible”) and prepare a new BOQ based on the current CAD drawings.
Along with the BOQ, prepare separate Quantity Take-Off and BBS sheets.
All three sheets must be interconnected and properly linked.
If any quantity or bar length is changed in the BBS, the corresponding impact should automatically reflect in the BOQ quantity.
Similarly, quantities calculated in the Take-Off sheet must be properly linked to the relevant BOQ items.
The final BOQ must have transparent and traceable calculations, so it is clear exactly how each quantity was derived from the relevant Take-Off or BBS calculation.
The objective is to create an accurate, quantity-based BOQ with complete calculation transparency and linked sheets.
Cost estimation, rates, and pricing are not required, as I will handle those separately.
