Commercial BIM Drawings Needed ASAP

I have an office-style commercial building that now requires a complete architectural package on a fast turnaround. The scope includes a coordinated 3D BIM model as well as 2D documentation—floor plans, elevations, and focused construction-detail sheets that a contractor can build from.

You are free to work in Revit, ArchiCAD, or a compatible BIM platform, but final files must be export-ready for DWG, PDF, and IFC so my engineering consultants can plug straight in. Accuracy to local codes and clean layer management are essential; I’ll provide the basic massing, reference sketches, and any available survey data the moment we start.

Deliverables
• Fully developed BIM model of the building
• Dimensioned plans and elevations in PDF + DWG
• Key construction detail drawings (wall sections, façade interfaces, typical junctions)

Because the schedule is tight, show me a brief outline of how many days you need for modeling versus detailing, along with a sample of similar commercial work. I’m ready to appoint immediately and will be available for daily check-ins to keep things moving.
