Comfort Fit Blouse Tech Pack

I am developing a women’s blouse that can be worn comfortably through a full day at the office and still look sharp at evening events. To move forward, I need a complete tech pack that not only captures the design details but also solves two critical fit issues: the arm-pit feels too tight and the bust needs subtle tightening for a cleaner silhouette.

Comfort and fit are my top priorities, so the tech pack has to reflect both. Please base all grading on current Canadian finished-garment size data; I want the size range and measurements to feel familiar to shoppers here.

Fabric preference leans toward breathable, natural fibres—cotton, silk and Tencel are ideal. I will consider a polyester blend only if its content exceeds 40 % and still delivers a soft hand and good drape.

Deliverables I need from you
• Full, production-ready tech pack (PDF + editable source)
• Detailed pattern blocks with corrected armhole and bust shaping (DXF/AI or a compatible CAD format)
• Canadian-market size chart and graded spec sheet
• Construction notes, stitch types, seam allowances, trims, label positions
• Fabric and notion list with weight, composition and performance notes
• Call-outs for comfort-oriented features (e.g., underarm gusset, inner facing, soft interlining)

Acceptance criteria
• Measurement tolerances clearly stated and achievable in production
• Fit adjustments for both armpit and bust illustrated and dimensioned
• All artwork, line sheets and BOM easy to hand off to a factory without rework
