Colorful Informational Website Build

I’m looking to have an informational website built from the ground up, with a clear brief: the look and feel must be creative and colorful rather than the usual corporate palette.

I will supply the written copy and any brand assets I already have; your role is to translate that material into a fast-loading, responsive site that works seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. I’m flexible on the underlying platform—WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight static build are all possibilities—so long as I can later update text and images without touching code.

Key goals:
• Bold, engaging visuals that align with the “creative and colorful” direction
• Logical navigation and intuitive user flow
• Clean markup, on-page SEO best practices, and accessible design standards
• Final hand-off that includes all source files and a quick walkthrough on how to edit content

Please tell me which platform you suggest, show a couple of live examples that match this design style, and outline your estimated timeline for first draft, revisions, and launch. I’m aiming for a smooth collaboration that gets an eye-catching site online quickly.
