Colorado PE Drainage Letter & Map

I need a Colorado-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) for a very small Mesa County Rural Land Division project in Whitewater, Colorado.

The existing approximately 23-acre property is simply being divided into two parcels. There is NO proposed construction, grading, excavation, filling, new roads, drainage improvements, or additional impervious surface associated with this application.

Mesa County's exact comment is:

“Please have a professional engineer produce a drainage letter. Additionally, please provide a flow map.”

I have already prepared and submitted a one-page drainage letter describing the existing conditions. I also have a completed topographic survey available.

I am looking for a Colorado-licensed PE to:

1. Review the existing drainage letter and topographic information.
2. Independently verify the drainage statements and revise/prepare the letter as necessary.
3. Prepare a simple flow map showing existing drainage/flow direction.
4. Sign and seal the required engineering documents for submission to Mesa County.

This is NOT a request for drainage system design or construction drawings. No site improvements are proposed as part of this land division.
