Colorado Lakefront Cabin Construction

I'm seeking an experienced contractor to build a small weekend cabin near a lake or river in Colorado. The cabin should have grid power and include a well and septic system.

Key requirements:
- Cabin size should be suitable for a small weekend getaway ~1500 sqft
- will be built near a river in the mountains 8500 elevation
- Utilities should include grid power, with a well and septic system.
- Need a Master Bedroom, and a bunk room able to fit 2 queens, and a small office.
- River is south of the development, so we want glass windows and a deck across the south side. Need higher ceilings.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in cabin construction, particularly in remote or semi-remote locations.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Colorado.
- Ability to manage utility installations, especially wells and septic systems.
