Color-block windbreaker jacket

I’m looking for someone to make one lightweight retro color-block windbreaker based on the attached reference photos.

The jacket should have:

* Navy body with white, deep royal blue and red sewn color-block panels
* Lightweight nylon or polyester windbreaker fabric
* Lightweight mesh lining
* Relaxed, slightly oversized fit
* Fuller sleeves like the reference
* Tall stand collar
* Dark/navy front zipper
* Front pockets
* Elastic cuffs and hem
* No logo or branding

Approximate finished measurements:

* Chest width laid flat: 23 in / 58.5 cm
* Length: 24 in / 61 cm
* Shoulders: 19 in / 48 cm
* Sleeve length: 26.5 in / 67 cm

I’m completely fine with using an existing windbreaker pattern as the base if that helps keep the cost down, but I’d like the finished jacket to follow the reference photos in its shape, proportions, sleeve and collar style, and sewn color-block panel layout.

It would need to be shipped to Florida and arrive by January 2.

Budget: around $60–75 USD including materials and shipping.
