College Media Reel and Promo Video Creator

We are looking for a creative and reliable video editor/content creator to produce professional short-form videos for a UK college.

The videos will be used for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and paid advertising campaigns.

We need approximately 14 initial videos, followed by ongoing weekly content.

The videos should be modern, professional, engaging and suitable for an education brand. We do not want basic slideshow-style videos or outdated stock footage.

You should be able to:

* Create 20–45 second vertical 9:16 videos
* Use professional stock footage where required
* Add subtitles and animated text
* Add suitable background music
* Create strong hooks in the first few seconds
* Follow our branding, logo and colour scheme
* Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
* Create educational and promotional content
* Make videos suitable for paid advertising
* Use AI video tools where appropriate, while keeping the final result natural and professional
