Collect & Organize Survey Data

I need help collecting a large set of survey responses and entering them with perfect accuracy into an Excel workbook that I will supply. The task is squarely data-collection focused: every answer must be transferred, checked, and formatted so later analysis runs smoothly.

The surveys come from mixed sources—some arrive through an online form export, others as scanned paper sheets, and a few via email threads—so you should feel comfortable working with whichever format I forward. Once the data is captured, I also want basic descriptive statistics and clear pivot-tables or charts prepared inside the same file; nothing fancy, just the counts, averages, and percentages that let me see emerging trends at a glance.

Acceptance criteria:
• 99 % entry accuracy (I will spot-check).
• Consistent formatting for dates, numbers, and multiple-choice fields.
• A brief summary tab showing the key metrics generated directly from the raw sheet.

All work must be done in Microsoft Office—mainly Excel, with Word or PowerPoint only if you prefer them for the summary visuals.
