Collect information on the internet & paste it into spreadsheet

$5 per 40 rows of data entries in shared Google spreadsheet



Job summary:
Find on the internet information about specific UK companies, and paste the information found in a shared Google spreadsheet.

Those companies provide support / care and residential accommodation to adult or children with autism, learning or physical disabilities, mental health issues.

Detailed job description:
I need 2x Freelancers to pull information from the internet about those UK companies, and paste the information into a spreadsheet.



At the start of the project I will provide you with: 

- list of companies

- Google spreadsheet with pre-defined columns where to paste the information you have found (see attachment)


The information to collect / find online for each company will be:


- Officers name (only “Active” officers)

- Capital and reserves (or shareholders funds) in the latest submitted accounts
- Company website
- Contact email / phone number advertised on the company website
- Type of care / support provided: e.g. autism, learning disabilities, mental health, advertised on that website
- Location for the residential homes: e.g. town or city
- CQC or Ofsted record

Note:

CQC means “Care Quality Commission”

Ofsted means “Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills”

The Officers name and companies accounts will be easy to find from the URL provided in the initial spreadsheet.

For the rest of the information (companies websites, contact emails / phone numbers) you will need to do a search on the internet.

For some companies this would be easy to find, with the companies website coming on top on google 1st page results.

Sometimes a company has no website or contact information anywhere on the internet, but it is more the exception than the rule.

Sometimes you may come across companies that have very similar names but are irrelevant.

Consistency and accuracy matter more than speed for this job. The information for 40 companies should be filled in / submitted within 5 days after the start of the project.



If you already use tools such as AI agents (e.g. ChatGPT), or Hunter, Clearbit or other browser extensions that can speed up web scraping, feel free to put them to work—as long as the final data is human-checked before delivery.
