Collaborative Business Planning Partner

I am looking for a skilled collaborator who can work closely with me to refine our overall business planning and inject fresh, actionable ideas into our current strategy. The focus is on shaping a clear roadmap that will move the company forward with confidence and measurable impact.

You will help me:
• Analyse where the business stands today and surface the key opportunities.
• Translate those insights into a concise, investor-ready business plan with realistic milestones.
• Outline an implementation schedule that I can immediately use to guide next-step decisions.

I will provide existing financials, market information, and background context. Your experience in business model design, market research, and strategic forecasting will be essential, and I value open communication as we iterate on drafts together.

Deliverables will be considered complete once I have:
1. A polished business plan (Word or Google Docs) covering vision, market analysis, strategy, projections, and KPIs.
2. A three-month action roadmap in Gantt or spreadsheet format.
3. A brief presentation deck (10–12 slides) summarising the plan for internal or investor use.
