We are a fast-growing international digital marketing agency, K-Scale Digital. We specialize in mobile conversion rate optimization (CRO) and high-converting custom landing pages. We are currently scaling our operations into premium global markets, including the UAE (Dubai), Qatar (Doha), and the UK.We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Cold Outreach Specialist / Lead Generation Assistant from the Philippines to join our remote team and grow together with us.
Your Responsibilities:
B2B Research: Find local high-ticket businesses (Construction, Architecture, Roofing, Premium Auto Detailing, Luxury Services) in specific target cities using Google Maps.
Cold Outreach: Conduct personalized cold outreach via WhatsApp strictly using our high-converting proven templates.
Lead Logging: Track and log every single contact, status, and response in our master Google Sheets database.
Lead Handover: Pass warm leads (businesses that agreed to a free audit) to the Agency Founder for a custom video breakdown to close the deal.
Requirements:
Good written English: You need to be able to communicate politely and professionally (using online translators like DeepL/Google Translate is 100% fine as long as the final text looks professional).
Account Safety: You must work carefully and responsibly to protect your working WhatsApp profile from blocks and complaints.
A reliable computer/smartphone and a stable high-speed internet connection.
Attention to detail, goal-oriented mindset (focus on real leads, not just the volume of messages sent), and high responsiveness.
