Cold Email Strategy Reverse Engineering

I need a marketer who has already built successful cold-email funnels and knows how to take apart other people’s campaigns to see exactly why they work. The brief is simple but demanding: show me, step by step, how to deconstruct high-performing outreach sequences, map the logic behind subject lines, preview text, copy length, CTAs, cadence, and sender reputation tactics, then turn those insights into a repeatable framework we can run for our own list.

Here is the flow I’m imagining:

Acceptance criteria: a teardown deck that covers at least five competitor sequences, a set of finished email templates for a full eight-touch cadence, and metrics from the first live send showing baseline opens, clicks, and replies.
