I need a complete cold-email engine built that reliably books sales-call appointments with local service businesses—think doctors, dentists, healthcare and wellness business owners, or similar. The end goal is simple: fill my calendar with qualified calls, not spam complaints.

Here’s what has to happen:

• Technical foundation – Configure the sending domain from scratch, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, plus custom tracking and dedicated IP or sub-domain setup so we start with solid sender reputation.

• Warming & reputation – Run an automated warm-up sequence until the inbox rate is healthy and stable. preferably using https://app.mailshake.com/

• List hygiene – Show me how you’ll verify each prospect address using free, reputable tools so our bounce rate stays low.

• Copy that converts – Write a concise, multi-step email sequence free of spam-trigger keywords or clickbait, tailored to small business owners who handle local services. Copy should push recipients toward scheduling a quick discovery call.

• Daily sending workflow – Implement scheduling, throttling, and rotation so new, freshly researched prospects receive emails every day without triggering limits or blacklists.

• Automation & scale – Build the process so I can rinse-and-repeat: upload a list, hit “go,” and watch qualified calls roll in. I’m open to tools such as Mailshake, or a comparable stack; advise the best fit and connect everything.

Acceptance criteria
1. Authentication records verified as “pass” on popular testing tools.
2. Warm-up inbox placement above 80 % before full launch.
3. Bounce rate under 3 % on the first live batch.
4. At least one booked call within the first 250 delivered emails (or a clear data-driven plan for improvement).
