Cold Calling for Real Estate (AML/KYC Offer)

Project Overview:
I am the founder of AML Expert, a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) software and compliance audit service designed for the real estate sector. With the recent strict FinCEN regulations targeting US real estate brokerages for money laundering and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) checks, I am bringing my proven European system to the US market.
The Goal:
I am currently finalizing my EB-2 NIW visa for the US and need a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) from a US real estate franchise, agency, or fund. The LOI is a non-binding document simply stating they are interested in testing my software in a pilot mode.
The Offer for them: In exchange for signing the LOI, the agency will receive a completely FREE, deep-dive AML compliance audit and free access to the AML Expert system (a value of thousands of dollars).
Your Task:
I have already sent out direct emails to approximately 200 contacts (decision-makers at US real estate agencies). Your job is to:
Call these 200 contacts.
Ask if they received my email.
Briefly pitch the offer: "Free AML audit and software access in exchange for signing a simple, non-binding LOI."
Answer basic questions and push for the LOI signature.
Requirements:
Fluent/Excellent English: You must sound highly professional and confident when speaking with US business owners and decision-makers.
US Phone Number: You must call from a US phone number (you can easily get one via an eSIM app like Saily, Skype, or other VoIP services).
Time Zone: You must be able to make calls during US business hours (EST, CST, or PST).
Experience: Previous B2B cold calling, sales, or real estate experience is highly preferred.
Compensation:
I am open to negotiating the base pay structure based on your preference:
Option A: An hourly rate.
Option B: A fixed rate per dialed call / successful connection.
THE BONUS: Regardless of the base pay, I will pay a $200 commission/bonus for every successfully signed LOI you secure!
Timeline & Urgency:
This project is URGENT. I need to submit my visa application ASAP, so I need someone who can start calling immediately and complete the list within a few days.
If you are a great communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, you can easily make hundreds of dollars in bonuses on this project.
