# Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — AX Media

**AX Media** is looking for motivated people to join our remote sales team as **Cold Callers / Appointment Setters**.

### What You’ll Do

* Contact clinics and businesses through outbound calls.
* Speak with business owners, doctors, managers, or relevant decision-makers.
* Introduce AX Media and understand their requirements.
* Generate genuine interest and book qualified meetings for our team.
* Follow up with interested prospects when required.

### Payment

This is a **100% commission-based opportunity  there is no fixed salary**.

You will earn **20% commission on every successfully closed deal** you bring to AX Media.

For example, if a deal worth ₹20,000 is successfully closed, your commission would be ₹4,000.

There is **no payment before a successful deal is closed**.

No previous sales experience is mandatory. Good communication, consistency, confidence, and the ability to handle rejection are more important.
