Cold Caller / Recruiter – Source Software Developers (LinkedIn + Cold Outreach) | Milestone-Based Pay

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a reliable Long-Term Cold Caller / Recruiter to help us find and engage qualified software developers.

**Your responsibilities:**
- Fully understand our developer requirements (we will share detailed criteria once selected)
- Search and source candidates primarily on LinkedIn
- Conduct professional cold calls / outreach
- Qualify candidates and move the right ones forward to the next interview stage

**Requirements:**
- Excellent spoken English (Native English accent strongly preferred)
- Ability to quickly understand requirements and match candidates accurately
- Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
- Preferred: Previous recruiting experience in software/tech (not mandatory)

**Payment Structure (Milestone-based only):**
We work strictly on a milestone system. No hourly or fixed monthly pay.

You will be paid for:
1. **Per qualified call** – Successful cold calls that result in meaningful conversations with relevant candidates
2. **Per candidate who advances** – Candidates who successfully pass to the next interview stage with us

Exact rates and milestone definitions will be agreed with the selected freelancer before starting.
