We are Applet3D, a US-based 3D architectural rendering studio. We're looking for an experienced, native-level English-speaking cold caller based in the Philippines to help us reach out to potential clients (architects, builders, real estate developers, interior designers) and generate qualified leads

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to a provided list of prospects (architecture firms, construction companies, real estate agencies, etc.)
- Introduce our 3D rendering services in a friendly, professional manner
- Qualify leads by asking key discovery questions (project type, timeline, budget range, decision-maker status)
- Send our price book / service overview to qualified prospects via email
- Log call outcomes and lead status in a shared tracker (Google Sheets or CRM)
- Follow a provided call script, with room for natural conversation

Requirements:
- Native or near-native English speaker (Filipino, based in the Philippines)
- Proven cold calling / telemarketing experience, ideally B2B
- Clear, friendly, professional phone voice
- Reliable internet connection and quiet calling environment
- Comfortable using basic CRM/spreadsheet tools
