Cold Caller for Marketing/Ads- Web Dev Sign-ups

I need a confident, English-speaking cold-caller who can pick up the phone, reach small-business owners, and turn conversations into signed agreements for our marketing services. You will be working part-time on an hourly rate with a healthy commission layered on every new client you bring in.

Here’s how the work flows: I provide you with a curated prospect list, a brief positioning guide, and CRM access. You study the brief, place the calls, handle objections professionally, and keep meticulous notes in the CRM so we always know where each lead stands. The end goal is clear and measurable—new small-business clients officially on board with us.

You’ll thrive in this role if you already have a track record of sales calls, stay upbeat when you hear “no,” and can smoothly move a prospect from initial interest to a closed deal. Consistent performance will open the door to ongoing, higher-volume work with bigger commission potential.

Deliverables I’m tracking:
• Daily call and outcome logs inside the CRM
• Weekly pipeline report highlighting prospects at each stage
• A minimum quota of signed clients agreed upon before we start
