**Need a Confident Cold-Caller to Close Brand Deals (Commission-Based)**
Looking for a hungry, high-energy cold-caller who can jump straight on the phone with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands and close paid collaborations on my behalf. My goal isn’t just to “book a discovery call”—it’s to negotiate and lock in deals during that outreach whenever possible.
**Compensation:**
* **100% Commission-Based (High Earning Potential):** You will earn a competitive commission (e.g., **X%**) on every closed, paid brand deal you deliver. The more deals you close, the more you earn.
**What you’ll be doing:**
* Build or refine a targeted call list of decision-makers inside beauty, fashion, and lifestyle companies.
* Call decision-makers, pitch my creator profile, negotiate rates, and lock in deliverables and payment terms.
* Keep track of call outcomes and pipeline status in a simple CRM or shared spreadsheet.
* Follow up consistently until contracts are signed and payments/invoices are secured.
**Acceptance Criteria & Expectations:**
* Target of at least **X** qualified brand contacts reached per week.
* A clear summary of every conversation (quoted budget, deliverables, next steps).
* **Closed, paid brand deals** are the primary success metric.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or booking influencer partnerships in beauty/fashion.
* Fluent, persuasive spoken English with a natural ability to handle objections and close deals.
* Self-motivated mindset suited for a pure commission/performance-driven role.
