• the neighbourhoods or communities they favour
• and, of course, any property they might like to list with us

Know how to have a short pitch, objection-handling , ; log outcomes, notes, and disposition codes after each call and upload the recording.

Success is measured by accurate, complete data entry and the number of leads moved to “qualified investor” or “potential seller” status.
