CodeCanyon App Upgrade: Zero-Commission P2P Architecture & Native Payment Split

We are converting our existing CodeCanyon delivery platform into a direct peer-to-peer (P2P) settlement model to eliminate escrow liabilities. We hold no customer deposits. The platform will monetize through an admin-configurable dynamic customer convenience fee and the script’s native merchant subscription model.

Important Note:

The script already has a complete, native Subscription Package module built into the Laravel backend (Package Price, Validity Days, Maximum Order Limit). Do NOT quote for building subscription CRUD interfaces. Your task is to configure the native module, enforce strict order blocks when limits are reached, and integrate the payment gateways.

Scope of Work (Summary):

1. Admin Panel (Laravel): Build an interface to dynamically configure Tiered Platform Fees (e.g., ₹200–₹499 = ₹10.00 fee).

2. Backend Logic: Implement gateway-native multi-split (e.g., Razorpay Route) to split payments instantly (Food -> Restaurant, Delivery -> Driver, Fee -> Admin) via a single API call. Move all gateway calls to Redis queues.

3. Customer App (Flutter): Implement checkout flow calculating the new tiered fees and triggering the payment gateway.

4. Restaurant App (Flutter): Add "Payment Success" notifications/UI indicators immediately after customer payment. Integrate in-app subscription renewals.

5. Delivery App (Flutter): Disable the "Confirm Pickup" button until a "Customer Payment Made" notification is received. Add a strict Yes/No confirmation to release held funds to the restaurant.
