Coastal Yard Design & Renders (Landscape Architects only with plant experience)

Landscape Design experience is essential with knowledge of the western australia environment and plant knowledge.

I’m updating both the front and back of our coastal property in Western Australia and already have the site plan ready to go. What I now need are professional landscape drawings supported by photo-realistic renderings that bring the concept to life.

The brief centres on family relaxation, so the layout must flow effortlessly from an inviting outdoor seating zone—complete with a built-in BBQ station and a cosy sunken fire pit—toward a safe but visually engaging play area for the kids. Hard-scape materials, planting palettes and any lighting concepts must all be suited to Perth’s coastal climate; local plant knowledge is essential so the garden thrives in our sandy soil and salty air.

I’ll hand over the existing survey, measurements and inspirational images. In return, I’m looking for:

• Scaled landscape plans (PDF + editable CAD) that show levels, hard-scape, soft-scape and services
• Two to three high-resolution, photo-realistic renders illustrating day and dusk scenes
• A planting schedule featuring species well-proven for the Western Australian coast, with quantities and pot sizes
• A simple materials/finishes legend so contractors can quote accurately

Please use your preferred design software—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or similar is fine—as long as the final files are easy for local builders to read. I’ll review an initial concept, provide feedback, and we’ll lock in any revisions before you complete the final documentation. The plans must be ready for construction.
