Coastal Single-Car Garage Plans 20x20

I’m ready to move ahead with a complete set of architectural plans for a detached 20X20 garage that matches the coastal-contemporary look of my home. The drawings must be permit-ready, clearly dimensioned, and consistent with NC High winds code conventions. front elevation to look like the attached picture, but no bump out.

Here’s what I need delivered:
• Monoslab foundation plan with 12"w, 16" D footings
• Floor plan with wall, door, and window locations, Front-3 windows like the picture 2436 size, right 8'x8' garage door centered, left and rear-no openings
-framing walls 2x6 spf studs 16" oc, headers 2x10 syp for the windows, garage door 9.25" lvl, wall must have 2 bottom plates 1 treated, 1 spf to meet coastal framing requirements.

• Roof framing 4/12 stick frame hip 12" over hangs, framing SPF, 16" oc, 5/8" osb decking
• board and batten siding on the front (like picture), hardie lap siding on all other sides
• One building section highlighting wall, roof, and slab assemblies
• PDF sheets for submission plus the original CAD (DWG or equivalent) files
