Coaching Library Management System -- 2

I want a simple, reliable system that lets our coaching centre handle three day-to-day tasks in one place:

• Member administration – add new students or staff, update profiles, record fee payments and automatically flag overdue amounts.
• Attendance tracking – daily check-ins and check-outs with quick reports I can export.
• Study-material library – upload and categorise notes, PDF files, plus our recorded video classes so users can stream or download them without digging through folders.

Only staff and students need to sign in, so role-based access is essential: staff get full control, students see only their own records and the resources we publish for them.

I am open on the tech stack as long as it is web-based, responsive and easy for a non-technical admin to maintain. Source code, a brief setup guide and a short walk-through video will be the final deliverables.
