I’m building a pipeline of talent for a new Co-Listing Agent role and need help finding people who truly understand short-term rentals. Your mission will be to track down professionals with solid property-management backgrounds—especially those who have also served as Airbnb hosts or co-hosts—and open a friendly, well-structured conversation with them.
Here’s what the workflow will look like from my side:
• Identify prospects: Use LinkedIn, Airbnb host profiles, Facebook groups, property-management forums, and any other channels you like to surface candidates who clearly list property-management or multi-property hosting experience.
• First contact: Reach out with a concise, professional message that introduces the Co-Listing opportunity, highlights our focus on strong communication skills, and invites them to a short introductory chat.
• Screen & document: Run that initial chat, capture key details on their Airbnb or STR track record, confirm they are comfortable in customer-facing roles, and gather a résumé or LinkedIn PDF.
• Handover: Log each qualified lead in the shared Google Sheet (name, contact info, notes on experience, résumé link) so I can schedule formal interviews.
I’ll supply a short pitch deck, an email template, and the tracking sheet. You’re free to adapt your outreach style as long as it remains professional and on-brand. Previous recruiting experience is great but not essential; what matters most is that you are organized, proactive, and confident speaking with a range of hospitality professionals.
Let’s start with a small batch of candidates so we can fine-tune the process together, then scale up once we see traction.
