Remote Recruitment Coordinator for Co-Listing Agent Hiring

We are looking for a recruitment coordinator to assist with a Co-Listing Agent hiring project.

The position is related to short-term rental operations, and familiarity with Airbnb is one of the main characteristics we are looking for in potential candidates.

The freelancer will assist with several stages of the early recruitment process.

This includes identifying potential candidates, researching their relevant background, communicating with them, explaining the position and conducting an initial qualification.

You will collect CVs and other relevant professional information from interested candidates.

You will also maintain organized records so our internal team can easily understand each candidate's background.

The freelancer will not make final employment decisions.

We are looking for someone professional and detail-oriented.

Previous recruitment experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, administration, research or hospitality may also be a good fit for this project.
