I have a CNC milling machine ready to cut a new steel / stainless-steel component, but I still need a clean, production-ready program generated from my drawing / 3D model. Your task is to translate that design into reliable G-code, verify it with proper simulation, and supply any supporting setup information so the part can go straight to the machine with no surprises.

What I will provide
• The 3D model (STEP) and a fully dimensioned PDF drawing.
• Notes on preferred tooling already in our shop.

What I need back
• Optimized G-code for a standard Fanuc-style controller (please tell me if you prefer Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or similar—any of those are fine as long as the output runs fault-free).
• A tooling list with speeds, feeds, and coolant calls.
• A brief setup sheet showing zero locations, workholding, and any special offsets.
• Verification screenshots or report proving the simulation is collision-free.

Acceptance
The program must finish the part complete in one setup, maintain the tolerances called out on the print, and leave a surface finish suitable for light deburr only. If anything needs clarification, let me know right away so we can keep this moving quickly.
