I have a fully-dimensioned technical drawing for a brand-new part and now need someone who can turn that print into finished pieces on a CNC lathe. The job is strictly about making the part from scratch—no program tweaking or existing production runs—so you’ll be starting with my drawing, selecting the right tooling and work-holding, writing or adjusting the G-code as required, and shipping parts that hit every tolerance called out.

Material isn’t locked down; the same part will eventually be needed in steel, aluminum, and a couple of engineering plastics, so I’m counting on your experience to pick feeds, speeds, inserts, and coolant strategies appropriate to each run. Surface finish and dimensional accuracy must match the spec sheet; I’ll provide the PDF and can hop on a quick call to clarify any geometric tolerances.

Deliverables
• First-article parts that meet drawing tolerances (dimension report required)
• Final production lot, deburred and cleaned
• The complete CNC program and setup sheet so I can rerun the job internally later

I’ll approve the first article before the balance of the order moves ahead, so please allow for that pause in your schedule. Let’s get this spinning.
