Cloud Maintenance Ticket Portal Setup

I already have the working code for a simple help-desk style maintenance ticket system; what I lack is a secure, reliable place to run it and the know-how to get it live. Here is what I need from you:
• Deploy the application on a cloud platform. I’m open to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or another sensible option—please recommend what fits a small-school budget and walk me through any required account setup.
• Configure user authentication so that our 30 staff members each receive their own login. Two administrators must have elevated rights to view every ticket and update its status.
• Make the portal HTTPS-secure and set sensible password rules so data stays private.
• Import my existing model/code base and wire it up so tickets can be submitted, tracked, and updated in real time.
• Provide a short hand-off document (or brief call) showing me how to add new users, reset passwords, and restart the service if needed.
Once I can log in, create a ticket, watch an admin change its status, and know the app will restart automatically on the chosen cloud, I’ll consider the job complete. If you can add basic email notifications or suggest lightweight reporting later, great—but the core focus is getting this portal running safely online first.
