Cloud-Based AI Solutions for Real Estate

I want some AI software developer who can create AI skills for me and properly set it up in my cloud system.
1. I need a skill for real estate. The skill should be able to find all the properties. We just prefer to share the budget, location, and the type of property they're looking for. It should go over the MLS system, like Pillar Nine, and go over the builder's website to find the deal. It should provide it in a proper format, with the floor plan, bed, bath, square feet, price, location, and any other information that is necessary, so I can copy and just paste and send it to the client right away.
2. I need a carousel skill, which would basically create a carousel post for me based on the viral topic so it goes viral for my Instagram. It should have good formatting and everything, have my face, and be a knowledgeable post that can basically go viral in the real estate niche or get more views as a local carousel post.
3. I will give a Google Sheet, which will be updated every day through my WhatsApp CRM, and it will keep having more and more leads. There will be a category in that sheet where we want AI to be broadcasting based on the requirements so it can nurture and make that client warm and active again. We want to use a Twilio number to send a broadcast and create a proper nurturing process for those leads. This is the third thing that I need and it should be done through my Claude.
